Plans phases

Phase 1: Planning

We’ve discussed the requirements of the website in terms of pages. Now is the time to provide any other information you can think of such as examples of websites you like, content including images, text, banners and videos and even random memos or anything else you’d like to include. In the meantime, we will be our research and development to ensure that your websites match what we’ve discussed.

Phase 2: Design

We explore the general structure, colours, and styles that will work well with your business at the design stage. The home page sets the standard for the rest of the site. After the home page is approved, the website’s internal pages are created.  We’ll be keeping track of the images, font sizes, and colours so that they’ll be easy to share later.

This is the stage where you share all your feedback! We want to hear everything, even if we haven’t discussed it previously. Once the design is underway it can be difficult to accommodate changes. The key deliverable at this stage is the mock-ups.

Phase 3: Development

The development stage is where the website is finalised. A lot goes into ensuring a website will work properly, including setting up the CMS (WordPress), configuring required plugins, and customising the backend. Testing is also done in this stage to ensure that the site performs across devices and browsers. By the end of this stage, we’ll be sharing the website on our development server for you to test and try.

Phase 4: Launch, Maintenance and Support


Once the website development is complete and thoroughly tested, it is time for the official launch. The website will be deployed to the live server, making it accessible to the public. We will work closely with you to ensure a smooth transition and address any last-minute adjustments or requirements.
