Jeffrey didn't set out to build an agency. He started out doing web development work for a handful of local businesses who needed someone honest to talk to about their websites and kept getting asked the same question: "can you handle the marketing too?"
So he did. What began as freelance web builds turned into full digital strategy work, and eventually into Creativus Design — a Sydney-based team that handles web development, SEO, social media, and paid advertising under one roof, because Jeffrey got tired of watching clients get bounced between three different vendors who didn't talk to each other.
He's still hands-on with every client relationship today. If you call Creativus Design, there's a real chance you're talking to the person who founded it — not a sales rep reading from a script.

Creativus Design didn't start with a business plan and a pitch deck. It started with Jeffrey doing good work for a few Sydney businesses, and those businesses telling other businesses.
That's still basically how we grow. We've worked with startups figuring out their first website, established companies looking to break through a plateau, and organisations like the Leeton Shire Council, who brought us in to help deliver their Dine and Discover integration for the Art Deco Festival. Different projects, same approach: understand the business first, then figure out what it actually needs — not what's easiest to sell.

Creativus Design is based in Macquarie Park, Sydney, and we meet clients in person whenever that's useful — coffee, your office, ours, whatever works.
We also support clients further afield, including businesses across the US, UK, and NZ, but Sydney is home, and it's where most of our work happens.
Jeffrey doesn't do this alone anymore, and Creativus Design is better for it. Behind every project is a small team of designers, developers, and strategists who each bring something the others don't — someone who lives in code, someone who thinks in campaigns, someone who can spot a design problem before it becomes a conversion problem.
We're not a big agency, and that's deliberate. Every person on this team works on real client accounts, not just internal processes — so when you work with us, you're getting people who actually touch the work, not a name on an org chart.
